Guancheng Temple is located in Guanyin Village, Anguo Town, northwest Peixian County, to commemorate the early Han Dynasty, Marquis Yingyin irrigation. The temple of Heavenly King was built in the 45th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1617). The temple enshrines the God of Maitreya. The four Heavenly Kings stand on either side, representing wind, tone, rain and Shun respectively. A year later the stone monument was erected. The inscriptions describe the construction process of Tianwang Hall. They also comment on the relationship between God and man in heaven and earth from the perspectives of astronomy and geography, the five elements of Yin and Yang, and people's expectation of good weather and abundant crops to offer sacrifices to gods. They put forward the dialectical thought that "people are bustling because of God, and God worships through people".
