Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 These Articles of Association are formulated in order to promote the construction of Peixian Museum, enhance its social service function, promote the volunteer spirit, provide volunteers with multiple stages to realize their social and personal values, and promote the all-round development of a harmonious society and individuals.

Article 2 Pei County Museum accepts volunteers who love museum undertakings and are willing to serve the public in the museum.

Article 3 All volunteer organizations and individuals of the Pei County Museum shall be under the administration of the Pei County Museum.

Chapter two: The conditions and recruitment of volunteers in Peixian Museum

Article 4 Basic requirements for volunteers in Peixian Museum

1. Enthusiastic about museum public welfare undertakings, with good cultural literacy, willing to serve the society free of charge;

2. Aged 18-65, healthy, optimistic, good at communication, honest and trustworthy, with team spirit;

3. At least 10 months of service per year (in terms of natural years), and no less than 12 hours of service per month. Try to ensure weekly service at the library;

4. Be able to voluntarily abide by the rules and regulations of Peixian Museum.

Article 5 Application and recruitment process for volunteers of Peixian Museum

1. Registration: Volunteers accept registration all year round and are recruited regularly. They can register online at the wechat service account of Peixian Museum.

2, interview: according to the requirements of the job interview;

3. Training: Candidates who have passed the interview will participate in pre-job training, which mainly includes the meaning and values of volunteer activities, the rules and regulations of Peixian Museum and their appearance as well as the knowledge of Peixian Museum, etc.

4. Assessment: After pre-job training, assessment shall be carried out according to the requirements of each post;

5. Probation: Only those who pass the assessment can enter the probation period, which lasts for 4 weeks and the service time must reach 12 hours;

6. Permanent appointment: Those who have good performance during the internship period and meet the required service time can become volunteers of Peixian Museum.

Chapter three: The work and management of volunteers in Peixian Museum

Article 6 The term of work of the volunteer workers of Peixian Museum shall be calculated in successive years. Volunteers may apply for discontinuation of volunteer work at any time if they wish.

Article 7 Peixian Museum issues work cards and work clothes to volunteers. Volunteers must wear work cards and work clothes when working.

Article 8 The working hours of volunteers shall be reported in advance, and the volunteers shall serve according to the time stated by themselves.

Article 9 Peixian Museum will give commendations at the end of the year for outstanding performance in volunteer services; Volunteers who have worked in the museum for 36 months and continue to serve the museum with good performance will be awarded the title of "Honorary Volunteer of Peixian Museum". Volunteers who have worked for 60 months and continue to perform well will be awarded the title of "Senior Volunteer of Peixian Museum". Volunteers who have worked for 120 months and continue to perform well will be awarded the title of "Honorary Librarian of Peixian Museum".

Article 10 A volunteer may apply for discontinuance of volunteer work at any time according to his/her own will; The museum will advise the volunteer to quit the Pei County Museum volunteer organization if his/her performance is negative and affects the staff. Those who do not conform to their volunteer work status or engage in political, religious or commercial promotion as volunteers, which may damage the image of Peixian Museum, will be dismissed by Peixian Museum. Those who are dismissed are not allowed to become volunteers again.
