1. Strengthen internal management and work style construction, establish and improve various rules and regulations, and continue to do a good job of free opening work under the normal epidemic prevention and control.

Second, do a good job of safety prevention of cultural relics in collections to ensure the safety of cultural relics in collections. Actively promote the implementation of the Preventive Protection Project of Pei County Museum Collection, promote the procurement and project implementation of the Upgrade and Renovation Project of the Security System of Pei County Museum, do a good job in the fund implementation of the Digital Protection Plan of the Movable Cultural Relics of Pei County Museum, and actively follow up the expert evaluation and fund application of the Protection Plan of the Pottery Painted Cultural Relics of Pei County Museum Collection.

Conscientiously study, implement and practice the spirit of the Party's 20 Great Congress, combine the actual situation of Peixian Museum, explore the local historical and cultural resources of Peixian County, enhance cultural confidence and historical responsibility, and use the folk resources of Peixian intangible martial arts to organize "Peixian Martial Arts Exhibition", and promote the martial arts culture of Peixian County. Fully excavate the genealogical culture of Peixian County, and hold the "Peixian Genealogical Exhibition", aiming to continue the historical context of Peixian County, retain the nostalgic memory of Peixian County, carry forward the traditional family virtues of the Chinese nation, promote good family traditions and family disciplines, and stimulate the people's feelings of home and country.

5. Continue to strengthen cooperation between museums and schools, make mobile museums open up the last kilometer of rural schools, and enable children in rural and remote areas to enjoy the same museum education.

6. Innovate the idea of temporary exhibition, excavate the intangible cultural heritage resources in Peixian, and make temporary exhibition popular with the public.

7. Constantly improve the museum's business skills and service level, actively organize all kinds of online business training and offline expert lectures, and cultivate high-quality museum professionals.

8. Do a good job in the preliminary preparation for the evaluation and grading of museums, do a good job in the construction of national civilized cities and activities of patriotic education bases, and timely complete the work tasks assigned by higher administrative departments and business departments.
