Collection introduction:

This bronze basket consists of two parts: the cover and the body. The cover and the body are of the same size. They are rectangular, straight with folded belly, flat bottom and rectangular feet. Both the cover and the body have a pair of beast-shaped appendages. The cover is also attached with six small animal-shaped buckles, which are used to close the cover and body. The top, abdomen and abdomen of the cover are all decorated with curly patterns, and the feet are decorated with curly clouds. It is the most common style from the late Spring and Autumn Period to the early Warring States Period, and is one of the finest bronze collections in the museum.
