《Peixian old Zhi five kinds》The collation and publication is a cross-year cultural project of Pei County Party Committee and Pei County People's Government from 2020 to 2021。

Newly published《Peixian old Zhi five kinds》Separate volumes, cloth cover, gold title, volumizing millions of words. It is presented in the form of simplified characters, horizontal typesetting, linear packaging, cloth surface, bronzing and additional letter sets。

《Peixian old Zhi five kinds》Included the Ming Jiajing《Records of Peixian county》、Wanli of Ming Dynasty《Peizhi》、Qianlong of Qing Dynasty《Records of Peixian county》、Qing Guangxu《Records of Peixian county》The Republic of China《Records of Peixian county》。The original or codex of the five old records adds up to more than 70 volumes. Its historical form is rice paper, vertical row, traditional Chinese characters, and there are engraving, print, handwritten differences, very little stock, difficult to recognize the font, fuzzy engraving to read great difficulties.

The new edition of the county annals will be five old annals collection into a book, the old annals of vertical row, traditional Chinese characters into modern horizontal, simplified characters, easy for readers to read reference, and corrected the old annals of many mistakes, in a new form to extend the life of ancient books and documents, convenient for readers to use, so that historical documents in the new era to play a greater role.

The compilation and publication of county records were coordinated and arranged by Peixian Culture, Culture, Radio, Film and Tourism Bureau and Peixian Museum. Scholars of literature and history such as Tian Binge, Zhao Mingqi, Huang Qinghua, Sun Houling, Gong Fengqing, Liu Jin, Zhou Cheng, Zhao Kai and Zhang Zheng participated in the recording and correction of manuscripts.

The rearrangement of the five old records mainly refers to the one edited by Zhao Mingqi, a professor at Jiangsu Normal University, in 2014, in addition to those preserved by Peixian Museum and the Historical Records Office《Xuzhou ancient local Chronicles Series》。
